Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final and we do not allow returns or exchanges. Please read listing descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged pieces. We will cover the cost of the repair in the event your order arrives damaged from the mail and will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible. 

Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
